     AUTOMATIC TISSUE PROCESSING

It has a 12 stage cycle with last two usually reserved for paraffin Ꮃax infiltration. Static beakers are provided to hold the processing of fluids and tissues loaded in capsules are held in suspended baskets and are mechanically moved from one another. Agitation is provided vertically , the timing can be programmed according to our convenience. The wax bath may incorporate an optimal vacuum . The processing is done overnight and the tissues are ready for vembedding in the morning

Advantages

1.    The tissues are transferred from reagent to reagent mechanically both day and night .
2.    It reduces the time required in each fluid by the action of continual agitation..
3.    It eliminates the possibility of human error and forgetfulness.
